Applications of AGRUSAFE Plastic Liners
Plastic liners serve as an impermeable waterproofing layer that protects concrete structures from chemical environmental influences.
The most common industrial applications include lining concrete pits, tanks, and reservoirs used in various technological processes (e.g., chemical plants, galvanizing facilities, metal pickling, wastewater treatment, chemical storage, etc.).
Lining is carried out on newly built tanks as well as complete reconstructions of existing tanks. Thanks to the use of various installation technologies, concrete structures can be repaired regardless of the degree of corrosion.

Anchoring the Liner in Concrete
The liners for concrete tanks are welded from AGRUSAFE plastic sheets. Secure mechanical anchoring of the sheets in concrete is ensured by a system of V-shaped anchoring studs. Various patented anchoring systems (Sure Grip®, Ultra Grip®, and others) are available for different applications. This ensures perfect cohesion of the installed system despite the different thermal expansion coefficients of plastic and concrete.
Material
AGRUSAFE concrete protection sheets are produced in various designs from PEHD, PEHDel, PP, PVDF, and ECTFE materials. On request, they can be manufactured with UV stabilization.
